Aaron and Val are the absolute best! Val staged our home in Melbourne Beach, then Island Pineapple Realty had a professional photographer take pictures inside and outside, even using a drone for aerial shots! The whole listing was done with attention to every detail in place. An open house the first weekend of our listing resulted in multiple offers. Aaron walked us through every step and even pulled a couple of rabbits out of his hat to make things work throughout the process. Yes, he is also a magician! He is also an ethical broker with a servant’s heart who was willing to part with some of his commission to seal the deal during buyer/seller negotiations. As I said before, attention was given to the last detail. Everything went as smoothly as silk at closing. We loved the title company too!
