Gina walked through our rental property and made suggestions on improvements to make the unit more marketable and easier to rent. Not only did she recommend an excellent contractor to do the upgrades, saving us time and anxiety, she even met me at home improvement stores to help with selections on some of the fixtures - which was above and beyond her responsibilities to us as clients. While I was recovering from surgery, she even handled maintenance items for our new renters for us!
