Meet Erik Hyatt, your enthusiastic guide to finding the perfect home or investment property in Florida's stunning Space Coast. With 20 years of experience as a pastor and real estate investor, Erik knows how to connect with people and guide them with genuine passion.

Originally hailing from Los Angeles County, California, where he grew up with horses, chickens, and dirt bikes, Erik now calls Indialantic, Florida home. Here he enjoys life's greatest adventures with his beautiful wife, Charlotte, and their three smart and lovely daughters, Anna, Katie, and Clara.

Erik's passion is simple yet profound: God. Family. Fun. This shows in his love for connecting people to their dream homes and the happiness that it brings. When Erik isn't navigating the real estate market, he's likely on a family bike ride on Riverside Drive, soaking in the culture at Eau Gallie Art District, or enjoying the old car shows at Dunkin Donuts on A1A.

Among his top life adventures, he counts marrying his incredible wife and traveling the world together, raising his three fantastic daughters, and taking motorcycle trips from Midwest Canada all the way to the Florida Keys.
