I found Aaron through a referral from a family friend. My grandmother passed away and she lived in Satellite Beach. We love twelve hours away in North Alabama. Aaron was a tremendous help in not only selling our home but after my brother and I went down to the house to go through everything in just the couple of days we had, Aaron took over after that. He got several construction dumpsters in to clean the house out and also hired a business to donate all the usable furniture to people who could use it. When the house was emptied, Aaron had the house cleaned and prepared to sell. He was a gift from god and really saved us a lot of time and trips down during a tough time and we were very personable, responsive, and easy to work with. Aaron and Val are the absolute best! Val staged our home in Melbourne Beach, then Island Pineapple Realty had a professional photographer take pictures inside and outside, even using a drone for aerial shots! The whole listing was done with attention to every detail in place. An open house the first weekend of our listing resulted in multiple offers. Aaron walked us through every step and even pulled a couple of rabbits out of his hat to make things work throughout the process. Yes, he is also a magician! He is also an ethical broker with a servant’s heart who was willing to part with some of his commission to seal the deal during buyer/seller negotiations. As I said before, attention was given to the last detail. Everything went as smoothly as silk at closing. We loved the title company too! We had to do the search from Atlanta as it was the early stages of COVID-19 and traveling back and forth was difficult. Aaron went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the property from making a thorough walk-through video and helping arrange all relevant inspections and repairs for purchase for us. Aaron helped us find the build we loved, help stage our home to sell (which we did - on time), and helped us find a rental to bridge the time between sale to close on the new home.
